JCL Blinds is based in St Albans, Hertfordshire.  Owner James has been working in home interior design and renovations for over 30 years and he set up JCL Blinds to focus solely on supplying and fitting made to measure blinds to customers in St Albans and the surrounding towns.  James travels to customers within a 12 mile radius which includes Luton, Watford, Welwyn, Barnet, Elstree, Radlett, and Hemel Hempstead.
